The BVS-102P entry level play out server incorporates two independent channels of playout. All video content is supported within files wrapped in the industry standard, .mov file wrapper. Files can be encoded using the DV family of codecs or the QuickTime Animation Codec. With drag and drop FTP for ingest and AMP and VDCP for automated playout, the BlackStorm is designed to fit your workflow. The BlackStorm Playout server offers a powerful video server engine, driving a comprehensive production workflow within a compact 1 RU 24 inch deep chassis. Designed from the ground up using next generation parallel processing technology on a 64 bit O/S, the BlackStorm server may be small, but has all the power of a larger system.
