The fiber distribution splice enclosure is used as a building entry point or floor distributor to splice and route indoor fibers. These enclosures provide a central demarcation point to distribute optical data signals within a specific floor or zone of a larger installation, or as an indoor entry point into smaller buildings and homes. The slim, two-layer enclosure has multiple cable entry points to accommodate different mounting and routing options including mid-span, in-line or end-point configurations. The hinged splice tray supports up to 18 fusion splices and covers the fiber storage area located in the base of the enclosure.
