Emergency bypass detection kit monitors a normal power feed in single or three phase systems, and generates a maintained contact closure upon loss of power to trigger the UL924 listed emergency lighting bypass operation in ETC dimming and switching products. Provides up to three independent outputs configurable for normally-open or normally-closed operation. Rugged metal enclosure with integrated breaker for over current protection. EBDK-TAP allows easy integration with the Unison DRd enclosure eliminating the need for an external breaker when power is sensed from normal powered DRd enclosure. EBDK-switch provides a manual restore switch requiring user intervention to restore normal lighting operation. Internal voltage barrier provides separate wiring compartments between power and control wiring. Integrated circuit breaker for over-current protection and simulation of power loss. Up to 8 dimming or switching products may be connected to each output. Applicable for churches, hotels, convention centers, theatres, schools and restaurants.
